Elephant Butte Irrigation District
Our mission and goals are centered around our ability to protect the surface water delivery within the District which contributes tremendously to the recharge of the River Alluvium and Santa Fe Formation in the Lower Rio Grande.
Entranosa Water & Wastewater Association
Entranosa Water & Wastewater Association is a non-profit, private, mutual domestic association providing water supply to residential and commercial members in the East Mountain area of central New Mexico. We attempt to serve all reasonable requests for water service within our service area. Our service meets all State and County requirements. Entranosa Water & Wastewater Association also provides scheduling and coordination of wastewater services as part of a maintenance contract with members. Members are set up on maintenance schedule to have their septic tanks pumped once every one to three years, depending on septic tank size, number of people in household, and usage factors - varying in charges as to frequency of pumping.
Middle Rio Grande Water Assembly
The Middle Rio Grande Water Assembly is a grass roots all-volunteer organization that focuses on water-related issues for Valencia, Sandoval and Bernalillo Counties in New Mexico.
National Water Resource Association
The National Water Resources Association is a nonprofit federation of state organizations concerned with the appropriate management, conservation, and use of water and land resources on a national scope. For over 50 years, we have worked to balance the needs of people and the environment.
New Mexico Rural Water Association
The New Mexico Rural Water Association is a non-profit membership organization that provides training and technical assistance to small water and wastewater systems.
New Mexico Wildlife Federation
The New Mexico Wildlife Federation is New Mexico’s first and most effective conservation advocate. We are dedicated to protecting New Mexico’s wildlife, habitat and outdoor way of life. We bring diverse groups together, focusing on common interests, to make the big changes that make a difference for our members. We are the voice for New Mexico’s conservation-minded sportsmen and outdoor enthusiasts in the New Mexico state Legislature and governor’s office, as well as in Congress. We’re the watchdog and advocate for issues that matter to you.
Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District
The Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District (PVACD) was created by Order of the District Court of Chaves County, New Mexico, on January 11, 1932. The district was created to conserve the waters of the Roswell-Artesian Basin, including the lands within the Basin located in both Chaves and Eddy Counties. Over the last 70 years, PVACD has participated in joint studies with the New Mexico School of Mines, USGS, OSE, and the ISC to further understand the hydrology of the basin.
San Augustin Water Coalition
The San Augustin Water Coalition is a New Mexico non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public and taking action concerning water rights and usage on the San Augustin Plains in and around Catron and Socorro Counties. Its members are concerned citizens commited to halt a New York water speculator who wants to mine -- and export -- 17 billion gallons of ground water each year from rural New Mexico's San Augustin plains. Not only does the San Augustin aquifer provide water for surrounding ranches, communities and wildlife, it helps sustain the Gila River with its communities and its unspoiled wilderness areas.
San Juan Water Commission
The San Juan Water Commission, through a Joint Powers Agreement was created on March 5, 1986, to protect the use of future and existing water rights and water resources of its member entities. The San Juan Water Commission's member entities include the City of Aztec, City of Bloomfield, City of Farmington, San Juan County, and San Juan County Rural Water Users Association, all of which receive their municipal and industrial water from surface water supplies.
